SOC Windows Driver Software Principal Engineer

The software engineering team is responsible for developing next-generation application enhancements and new products. Our focus is on delivering high-quality software solutions for platforms, peripherals, applications, and diagnostics using the most advanced technologies and methodologies.

We are seeking a SOC Windows Driver Software Principal Engineer to join our team in Taipei. As a key member of our software engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing sophisticated systems and software based on customer business goals, needs, and general business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the design and architecture of high-quality, complex systems and software/storage environments
  • Prepare, review, and evaluate software/storage specifications for products and systems
  • Develop and implement test strategies for complex software products and systems/storage products and systems

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Windows Driver and Software development, with expertise in Kernel Device Driver development within AI, System Devices, and Windows Services
  • Strong debugging skills and ability to guide others to debug flexible, scalable, and complex programs
  • Deep proficiency in C/C++ with a solid grasp of Windows Driver Foundation (WDF), Windows Driver Model (WDM), AI architecture, Windows Operating System, and Kernel Debug
  • Knowledgeable in Windows security features and driver signing processes, with MSFT Windows Driver development and deployment experience
