We are seeking a skilled Imaging Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in executing scanning and documentation projects, meeting project timelines and requirements.
The successful applicant will be responsible for producing daily and monthly project operation reports, assisting with project file storage management, and supporting the project manager with daily tasks.
This role is part of our Operations Group, which plays a critical role in delivering expert, sustainable solutions to our customers.
We partner with 225,000 customers worldwide to preserve their valuable assets, extract more value from their inventory, and protect their data privacy in innovative and socially responsible ways.
- Execute scanning and documentation projects on time and within budget
- Produce daily and monthly project operation reports
- Assist with project file storage management
- Support the project manager with daily tasks
