We are seeking a Learning Development Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

The primary purpose of this role is to assist in the execution of talent development and growth initiatives that align with the organization's strategy and objectives.

• This includes assisting in the planning, coordination, and implementation of annual training programs, as well as evaluating their effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development and implementation of annual training plans, including internal and external communication, marketing, and course execution.

2. Support the administration and control of training budgets.

3. Maintain accurate and complete records of training data.

4. Promote and maintain online learning platforms.

5. Create and design digital courses.

6. Assist with other training development projects.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
• Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of human resources experience

• Languages: Proficient in English (intermediate level or higher)
• Other Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills, ability to adapt to multiple tasks, first-line problem-solving skills, data analysis and information integration skills
