Software Engineering Rotation Program

We develop and implement software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Our team is responsible for analyzing, designing, programming, debugging, and troubleshooting software applications. We also influence product development throughout all stages.

You will analyze your customer's business goals, needs, and general business environment to build technical system answers and create sophisticated software solutions.

In this 1-year rotation program, you will work with different teams every 4 months. This will provide you with a broader engineering view and help you build up the skills, perspectives, and connections enabling you to become a solution architect or engineer leader in your career.

Your responsibilities will include participating in the preparation, review, and evaluation of software requirements and specifications, preparing written specifications for tasks of varied complexity from verbal requirements, using defined software lifecycle methodologies, reviewing and implementing test strategies for software products.

Here are the essential requirements for this role:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science expected between 2025 February to 2026 December
  • Good knowledge of programming languages (C/C++/Python), operating systems, BIOS, security, embedded software/firmware, tools, and utilities, as applicable
  • Knowledge of server technologies
  • Ability to code/debug moderately sophisticated programs using design specifications
  • Knowledge of software architectures and applications
