The Senior Field Application Engineer will serve as a crucial link between our customers and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and meet customer needs.

  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, product marketing, and design teams to address customer concerns and facilitate successful design wins.
  • Provide comprehensive technical support, including on-site assistance, troubleshooting, product demonstrations, training, and design reviews for customers.
  • Document field issues reported by customers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to promote company products to customers through targeted training and demos.
  • Support the integration of Airgain technologies into customer systems to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Partner with design engineers to develop new designs that meet customer requirements.
  • Monitor customer project schedules and coordinate resource allocation from engineering, product management, and system test teams accordingly.
  • Establish regular communication channels with customers to provide updates and direction to internal teams.
  • Deliver training sessions to customers on Airgain cellular connectivity solutions.
  • Contribute to developing technical solutions that align with business objectives, technical capabilities, and financial goals.
  • Assist internal teams in setting up trade show exhibits and demos.
