We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Electronics Specialist to join our Service team. As an Electronics Specialist, you will be responsible for performing hands-on hardware testing and support in our Service Engineering lab.

• Coordinate with customers for RMA service, logistics, status feedback, and shipment arrangements.
• Carry out routine service jobs including repairing, calibration, upgrading, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure service data integrity in the database, including accurate recording of Service Case, RMA, shipment, and contract dates.
• Work closely with internal field services and applications to support local and regional customers.
• Troubleshoot test stations, test fixtures, and test applications in the Service lab environment.
• Perform calibration and maintenance of test stations and capital-intensive test equipment.
• Utilize mechanical aptitude to assemble, disassemble, and debug minor mechanical issues.
• Support ad-hoc requests from management as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A basic electrical or electronic background, or any other engineering and computer science background with relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on electronics experience (e.g., technician, engineer, lab work, etc.).
• Specific experience with RF Test equipment (e.g., Oscilloscope, Network Analyzer, Power Meter, Spectrum Analyzer, RF Signal Generator, etc.) is an advantage.
• Excellent troubleshooting, failure analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to effectively describe problems and their solutions.

• Computer literacy.
• Good English language skills in both verbal and written communication.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and quality.
