Solar Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Solar Operations Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of our solar power plants.

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks in accordance with company guidelines
• Conduct solar module insulation and PV testing
• Carry out solar module thermal imaging inspection
• Anually scheduled maintenance of PV box distribution panels
• Anually scheduled operations and maintenance of DC switch boxes and inverters
• Preventive maintenance of transformers, loop switches, and high-voltage connections
• Inspect, maintain, and replace water pumps
• Repair solar power plant electrical equipment and replace spare parts
• Maintain plant PR (Performance Ratio) and availability within company standards
• Daily monitoring of power generation performance and timely resolution of on-site issues
• Complete related documentation and reports
• Manage subcontractors, supervise their work, and conduct post-completion inspections
• Ensure all work is performed according to standard processes and safety requirements

You will be working towards ensuring that our solar power plants operate at peak efficiency, while also promoting a culture of sustainability and environmental stewardship.

This role requires a strong background in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
