As a research-focused intern, you will engage in reviewing published conference and journal papers related to the project. Your work will draw upon knowledge of circuit design and design-for-test, potentially involving the use of EDA tools like ATPG, diagnosis, and Static Timing Analysis. Unix will serve as the primary interface for accessing tools and compute resources, and Python scripting may be used for analysis and automation.

Qualifications
