Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering with 5+ years of proven experience in Test Engineering role.
- Solid understanding of testing for CMOS SoCs. Prefer candidates with exceptional digital, analog, and mixed-signal test programming and debug experience.
- Excellent programming skills for writing and debugging automated test equipment (ATE) test programs and test-related hardware development.
- Expertise in test strategy development, test plan definition, design-for-test (DFT) pattern implementation, and ATE architecture and test hardware design and debugging.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process and accurate use of lab test equipment.
- Experience with data analysis software in support of characterization reports and yield reporting tools.
