Job Title: Risk Management Specialist

This role is for a seasoned professional with experience in audit, risk management, or insurance. You will be part of a dynamic team that identifies potential issues and improves our business processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in annual audit planning to ensure effective internal control measures are in place.

  • Conduct field work and draft audit reports to identify areas for improvement.

  • Follow up on actions raised by internal and external auditors to ensure implementation.

  • Review self-inspection reports from other departments to ensure compliance.

  • Evaluate the implementation of fair treatment policies towards customers.

  • Support on-site inspections by external auditors, including Examination Bureau and accounting firms.

  • Be responsible for regulatory filings, such as annual audit plans and statements of internal control.

  • Handle administrative tasks within the department.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Accounting, Risk Management, Insurance, or related field.

  • At least 8 years of experience in audit, accounting, risk management, or non-life insurance.

  • Certifications like CIA are a plus.

  • Utmost integrity and an eye for detail.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Word.

  • Effective time management and strong communication skills.

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to build relationships with other business areas.

  • Teamwork and individual responsibility.
