Electronics Manufacturing Expert

We are seeking a skilled Production Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with the R&D team to optimize manufacturing and NPI processes at CMs.

• Balancing the workload of production engineers across all CMs
• Working with the Test Engineering (TE) team to ensure comprehensive testing coverage for new products
• Utilizing product specification databases to efficiently develop packaging solutions
• Designing modular production processes (DFM) to facilitate inspection and maintenance
• Engaging with R&D, Software, and TE teams early in the development cycle to ensure testing readiness
• Supporting the release of testing packages to CMs and following up on related issues
• Coordinating with the Manufacturing Engineering (ME) team to resolve CM-related issues

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Science, or Information Engineering
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
• Proficient in layout inspection using Allegro
• Experienced with CAM350 and CAMPro for Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) analysis
• Familiar with Design for Testability (DFT) tools
• Skilled in using diagnostic instruments such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers for defect analysis and troubleshooting
