Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing
• Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and revitalizing underpenetrated relationships.
• Identify and target high-growth, profitable markets, generating leads and solutions through Arrow's resources.
• Create sales opportunities by matching customer needs with Arrow's solutions.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stay informed on industry trends.
• Coordinate global transactions and collaborate across regions to maximize sales.
• Develop strategic sales plans and engage in performance-based sales compensation.
What We Are Looking For
• 4-year degree with 2-4 years of related experience or equivalent work experience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
• Solid understanding of Arrow's products, services, and technology.
• Ability to work independently and execute strategic sales plans.
