Tree House Academy focuses on whole child education and preparing children

we encourage our students to learn and think outside the box, we also equip
our teachers with the autonomy they need to take fresh, innovative approaches
in their classrooms.
You will be joining a team of welcoming, experienced, and passionate people
who are happy to share their knowledge with you and help you develop even
further. If you have a passion for working with kids, love exploring new
methods of teaching, and are excited to be part of a dynamic and
collaborative team, then we'd love to have you join us
*What You'll Do:
Elementary teachers work with other staff to create a rich and responsive
learning environment and meet the individual needs of students in line with
our school's mission.
Our staff works to build meaningful relationships and dialogue with children
warmly and respectfully that instills joy in learning and nurtures critical
thinking, independence, and a positive self-concept. You will participate in
team meetings and ongoing professional development while taking the
initiative to seek opportunities to build on professional knowledge.
Elementary teachers work collaboratively with fellow grade-level teachers to
plan syllabi and discuss/reflect on execution for each semester.
Additionally, teachers share in communicating with parents regarding
individual student progress and/or specific behaviors.
