Job Description

We help our clients stay ahead of changes that impact their businesses, navigating complexity and risk. We deliver deep tax technical, people and legal expertise, while providing the critical context to make informed and compliant decisions. With clients ranging from multinational organisations and public sector bodies to entrepreneurs and family businesses, the work we do is diverse.

As a professional staff, you will gain a tremendous depth of expertise in all aspects of human capital including creating sustainable value through people culture and change, designing compensation and retirement strategies, and improving human capital operations. You will have the opportunity to work with colleagues around the world and develop yourself as a global mobility tax expert.

Your job duties will be as follows:

  • Assist clients in their individual income tax compliance obligations, including preparation of individual income tax computations and returns, and handling correspondence with the respective tax authorities
  • Advise on tax considerations in individual income tax efficiency planning
  • Advise on international mobility, reward and employment related matters
  • Maintain client relationship (maintain daily communication with client and respond to client's request on a timely manner)
  • Develop a perspective on key global trends, including globalization, and how they impact the firm and our clients.

You will need to display the following:

  • Experience in expatriate tax; knowledge in Taiwan personal income tax represents an advantage.
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments, clients and staff. Strong analytical, organization and communication skills.
  • An ability to work effectively under pressure and a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated business development skills and enthusiasm about contributing to the growth of the Global Mobility Services practice.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor degree
  • Required Fields of Study: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or any related field
  • Minimum Years of Experience:0 to 2 years of relevant experiences (Individual Income Tax)
  • Certification(s) Required: Nil
