Responsibilities:

Create high-quality scientific content for a range of MedComms deliverables, such as meeting reports, newsletters, slide decks, detail aids, email campaigns, manuscripts/publications, and various digital materials.
Edit MedComms content to ensure scientific accuracy, alignment with client communication goals, and high-quality Mandarin language output.
Gain and maintain an in-depth scientific understanding of clients' product portfolios to offer strategic marketing advice.
Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in organizing symposia, round tables, and other meetings across diverse therapeutic areas.
Facilitate discussions among KOLs during advisory board or expert panel meetings.
Lead or participate in client meetings and teleconferences.
Work with key account team members in a senior capacity to develop and deliver strategic MedComms solutions to clients.
Contribute to business development and account growth alongside key account team members.
Provide guidance to junior editorial team members on scientific aspects of assigned accounts, therapy areas, and market environments, in collaboration with the MedComms Editorial Lead.
Assist the MedComms Editorial Lead in coaching junior members, focusing on core writing, editing, client engagement, and KOL engagement skills.

Requirements:

Graduate degree in the sciences (PhD, MSc); a healthcare science degree is advantageous (MD, PharmD, BSc in nursing or allied profession).
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Medcomms agency or the pharmaceutical industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, assessed during the application process.
Proficient verbal communication skills in English; written English skills are a plus.
Strong teamwork capabilities.
Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear, concise messages.
Keen attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
