ãJob Responsibilitiesã
⢠Support daily laboratory operations including pretreatment experiments, operating analytical equipment, facility maintenance, request management, data analysis, etc.  
⢠Develop analytic methodologies to support new product development across E&I business including but not limited to photoresist, laminate and metallization, and semiconductor clean chemistry
⢠Develop methodologies for quality control and impurity analysis methods for products/raw materials.
⢠Extensively collaboration with R&D members for assisting the formulation development by analytical methodology and support.

ãJob Qualificationsã
⢠Bachelor's or master's degree.  
⢠3+ year experience in operating analytical instruments, such as, LCMS, GCMS, IC, etc., is required.

⢠Experience in plating solution analysis and sample pretreatment.

â¢Amenable with multiple shifts (morning and noon shift).
â¢Positive attitude and willingness to develop new skills, as well as the capability to contribute to the team's growth and development.
â¢Strong communication skills, both within the team and when working with cross-functional teams.
â¢Strong safety discipline and be committed to maintaining a safe working environment.
